Burdock is a plant that grows in Europe, northern Asia and northern America, is 1.5 meters tall, and can be found on roadsides, bushes and sparse forests. This plant is also frequently grown in Turkey.

Ingredients: Root, leaf and seed parts of the plant are used. Essential oil (phenylacetaldehyde, benzaldehyde etc.), lignans (neoarchtiin A), sesquiterpene lactones, polyenes, caffeic acid derivatives (chlorogenic acid, isochlorogenic acid etc..), polysaccharides (insulin, mucilage etc..), triterpene (alpha amyrin) , omega taraxasterol etc.), phytosterols (beta sitosterol, stigmasterol, campesterol and their esters) and tannins.
Preparation of
2 grams of burdock is left to infuse for 8-10 minutes by closing the mouth in 150 ml of hot water. It is recommended to drink this tea 1-2 times a day.
Store in a dry place at room temperature.
