English name: Nettle leaf
Plant from which it is obtained: Urtica dioica L. and U. urens L.

It consists of the dried aerial parts of the nettle Urtica dioica L, U. urens L. (Urticaceae) and their hybrids collected during flowering.

Stinging nettle and leaves up to 20% mineral salts (calcium, potassium), 0.9-1.8% silicon, nitrates, 1.0-2.7% chlorophyll ? and ?, amines: acetylcholine, betaine, choline, histamine, 5-hydroxytryptamine (serotonin), lecithin, choline acetyl transferase, caffeoylalic acid (up to 1.6%), caffeic and chlorogenic acid, flavonoids (quercetin, isocercitrin, rutin, campherol, isoramnetin), organic acids (acetic, butyric, citric, formic, fumaric), carotenoids (? carotene, lycopene), sterols (? sitosterol), tannins, essential oil (38.5% ketones, 14.7% esters, 2% free alcohols), vitamins A, B2, C, K1, folic acid, pantothenic acid.

General Information:
Nettle is a perennial herb and is found naturally in all parts of the world with a temperate climate.

Effect and usage: 200 ml of hot water is placed on 2 gr drug and infused with infusion for 10 minutes. One cup is consumed in the morning and in the evening.
