Rubus idaeus

INDICATORS AND THEIR USES
Raspberry leaf is used for ailments of the gastrointestinal tract, respiratory tract, cardiovascular system, and mouth and throat. In folk medicine, raspberry preparations were used to facilitate childbirth.

DOSAGE
Method of Application: As a laxative and as a component of "blood cleansing" teas
Preparation: To prepare an infusion, infuse 1.5 g of finely cut herb for 5 minutes and strain. (1 teaspoon = 0.8 g of drug).

Preparation of
Up to 3 g of leaf dropper is used each time in its preparation as tea. It is infused covered for 10 minutes, filtered and poured into a 200 ml porcelain or glass cup with a handle. It is drunk at room temperature, with or without food, 1-3 times a day.
When the prepared tea comes to room temperature, it can be used as a mouthwash or mouthwash many times a day.
